They will not pay for completed studies. Support made a fake confirmation document with the wrong dates to delay my payment.

Do not do any survey's or participation with this company. There is no response. I have completed my survey more than 5 weeks ago and I yet to even recieve the registration link to select my incentive from it. On top of that I will have to wait another 6 weeks for that payment to process. Do not waste your time. Raquel Zepeda and Raquel Sureshkemur are not responsive at all.

Spent 6 dollars of my own money on transit to meet with this company for two hours. Was promised 175 dollars and have been waiting for five weeks to receive any payment or update. Emailed them twice with no reply.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. One of the worst companies to participate in a study with. They should’ve never bought Schlesinger out. It takes upwards of 3 months to be paid for even a $50 study. I’ve been waiting three months for a $100 payment and there’s no way to contact them because they know they’ll get hit with customer grievances over long wait times. Jackson associates, focus inside, etc have the quickest payout times but sago is amongst if not the worst I’ve ever had to do business with. Schlesinger was literally a same day pay company, idk why they allowed sago to kill the business like this

I did a donors survey.. I submitted the incentive request for an Amazon gift card. I've sent two emails and have yet to receive a response.

You spend the time doing the surveys sometimes many hours over many days. the incentive takes weeks to get (points) then you wait months for the promised virtual gift card. the only way to get paid is to complain on Facebook , then they pay you. So, you work harder to get paid than for the points.

If I could put negative 10 stars as a rating, I would do so with no hesitation. How can a company be so deliberately slow in compensating individuals who join focus survey groups that benefit multibillion dollar corporations. This says alot about corporations in particular and their low regard for individuals who help generate their profits. I had completed a 15 minute survey about health from a state health agency and was compensated with a virtual award card within the hour. Sago seems to think that having to process a digital award card for eight weeks is the high of efficiency. I have definitely learned my lesson in not wanting to deal with any focus group that uses Sago/Slowmo as their compensation provider
