Wished there were 0 stars to pick from..and you might ask but why..well this place is the worst company for online and in-person research studies since for starters they take forever to pay and only give you the option of a gift card..like really who wants that..anyways back when it was Schlesinger it was the best and the one where everyone would want to do studies at(they actually paid in debit card that you could withdraw money from and was given on spot or mailed in 4 weeks I believe). But since it changed to Sago it’s the one most people refuse to do paid studies at since it feels like you’re doing it for free since it takes forever to get paid on a digital gift card that you can only use for shopping online. Plus the staff is not as friendly and welcoming like they used to be. And worse they don’t bother picking up the phone so if you’re running late kind as go back home since now they have a 5 minute policy..so I would definitely recommend staying away from this company or you’d be almost begging them to pay you your digital gift card incentive.

Their claim is that they will process your payment (gift card) within 4-6 weeks. It used to take 6 weeks and not a day less. Now I’ve been waiting 8 weeks for a redemption. Then they don’t even respond to inquiries. This company is awful.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Filth . The customer service is horrible and they lie about everything . A digital gift card shouldn't take months to process. This company is disgusting.

The whole experience with them has been a mess. I was sent a product to study and the whole process has taken an extremely long time for a very low payment. They first delayed shipment of the test product, then the surveys for reviewing the product were delayed, then payment took a while to be processed, and even then it said it would be 4-6 weeks to actually receive my chosen gift card. It's now been about 7 weeks with no payment and I've sent emails to 2 different addresses trying to track it down with no response. It's frustrating for it to be a several months long process just for $30. I've never had such a terrible experience with any of the market research companies I've worked with before.

Probleme resolu. j'ai bien recu mon intencive de 45 euros. Alors qu'il fallait soit disant attendre 6 à 8 semaines, ma recruteuse m'a fait parvenir un ordre de paiement en date du 10 juillet pour une reunion le 18 juin soit à peine 4 semaines. c'est ce que l'on appelle un paiement express.

do not waste your time with Sago. it's a cash flow scam. they were, years ago, very good and paid immediately. now they're terrible. all of their competitors pay on a timely basis.

Customer support is a joke. If something goes wrong and you dont get an incentive they put absolutely zero effort into fixing it that is if you can even get a response from them. Their tone is professional and that's about all they have going for them. Other than that it's basically a polite F you.

They have changed for the worse. I received an email from the company that conducted the smart watch study stating that they gave my payment to Sago already. Sago says I have to wait a minimum of 6-8 weeks to receive a gift card. After I requested the gift card, I got a pop-up stating that due to high demand, I'm going to have to wait even longer. There's no help whatsoever as they NEVER respond to any email or other correspondence including support tickets and don't offer any other way to contact them. Your payment will be held hostage until whenever they decide to release it. There are other survey companies out there that aren't scams. I would avoid Sago (focusgroup.com) like the plague.
