If I could rate u a zero. No doubt spent 28 grand for what couple months later not working took two months to show up and he was a waste of time day later still a problem.

I can't give a five star review. The contractor used for installation was very disappointing. He left my bathroom a mess. The caulk he used is smeared all over the place. There is one spot where there is no caulk. While we are enjoying the tub, our experience with a sloppy contractor detracts.

Tub leaked called safestep customer service couldn't get it resolved requested to speak to a manager Said someone would call and make an appointment to come out. She advised she would let them know that we can't bathe. Well it's 3 days now and still have not received a call to set up an appointment.

I like my tub, problem is the drain stop and drain has not worked from the beginning....but they sent a repair man out to fix that and it is broken again...I do have a new drain, but need to get hold of the repair personnel.....the product is ok....but service for repair is slow. All I want is someone to call me

Tub installation was great. Electrician cut a hole in my garage wall and left it. When I asked about it they said it was the installers responsibility to repair it. I called Butler Construction about it and was told they would send someone to take care of it. Haven’t heard from anyone since. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to have my house left in the condition it was in prior to installation after paying 22k for the tub! Derrek Yelton 4569 Atlantico Street Las Vegas, NV 89135

Terrible service. What a waste! 18,000 for what? Tore up door frames putting it in, leaked almost immediately, brings down the value of my parents home. Don’t buy one…!
