App was user friendly..The Course provided much needed information. There is one caveat I did not receive a certificate, therefore I couldn't get my car Insurance discount.

Easy experience. A little bit pricey for a test but you can listen to it anytime you want and it picks right back up where you left off.

I personally believe better instructions on using the software would help tremendously. Once I figured out the software & how it related to the paperwork it became much easier to use. Frustrating at first.
