Course material was very good. Help line not so much. Had a start up issue and tried to use both the chat option and telephone support. Both were a failure, no call back or response on chat. I finally figured out what my problem was but wasted 45 minutes. If the company has no help support then just removed it from the menu

Very simple to navigate. Automatically saves your previous work if you cant sit down for the whole test. The price was a little more than my ticket but they're all around the same price so.....
