The AI-generated text is horrendous! Have a human being do your writing. Remember that some people taking this may not have a high literacy level or their first language may not be English. I understand that you have a Spanish version, but English and Spanish are not the only two languages in the world. Now the company has contacted me to deny they use AI. Please. I am a former college writing teacher. I sent the following excerpts to some colleagues for cringe effect. All recognized AI immediately. One said it was so intolerable, she would have accepted a traffic violation over having to read this gibberish: “Employ turn signals unfailingly to intimate your intentions to fellow drivers.” “The road remains a longstanding arena of contention between motorists and motorcyclists, marked by an intricate dance of coexistence. To clarify, our course content has always been developed and written by a team of human curriculum experts—well before AI writing tools came into play. We also offer the course in Spanish, as we understand not everyone is a native English speaker and want to make learning as accessible as possible. I believe we were able to find your account based on the name you've left the review under, but to be certain we've requested more information and will have a customer service representative reach out. We offer many courses and want to be sure we can fully review the specific course you took. Regarding the pop-up prompts, we completely understand how annoying they can be. Unfortunately, Arizona state regulations require these checks, and we must remain compliant. We’ve asked if we can remove or adjust them, but for now, we’re required to keep them in place. If it were up to us, there wouldn't be any of those pop-up prompts! If you have any additional suggestions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team.

I appreciate the way the course saves your progress. If you need to step away, you may easily return where you left off. The course was a good review and informative. The countdown for each module was a useful tool. A confirmation page should be added beyond receiving your certificate explaining what happens next and a final confirmation page with assurance that the process will be approved and complete.
