Customer pays shipping for return and seller doesn’t include shipping for purchase. Shipping cost are more than the item itself

They lost my order and were so unhelpful. They refused to resend it or refund even though it was their mistake sending it via mail instead of UPS. Definitely be aware if ordering from them, there is something very shady about them.

Just wanted to say thank you for the order. I was very surprised to see all the samples. I thought that was such a nice gesture from Safe & Chic. You have a returning customer for sure!!!! I can't wait to try out the samples to make a choice for the future orders.

I just wanted to say, as a new customer, that I received all of my products within a couple of days, packaged safely, securely, and with clean materials (biodegradable corn starch packing peanuts). I was also pleasantly surprised with extra samples and an unexpected gift with purchase. Not only that, but the gwp was in line with what I was shopping for and was full sized. I am so excited to have found Safe & Chic, as I usually spend way too much money on shipping costs to order all of my organic and clean beauty products from different vendors. I felt a little guilty spending so much on myself, but upon opening my shipment I felt instantly pampered and grateful.
