Safe & ChicReviews of safeandchic.com

I learned about this website from my best friend who loves to shop here. But I did come on to look at reviews as this store is new to me. I saw that there are some negative reviews, so I just made sure to buy things I know I like and do not need to worry about the return process or obstacles. I also asked for signature confirmation, as I do occasionally have issues receiving my mail. So making a few adjustments on my end to avoid any issues. I had a good experience overall I loved the samples and it was pretty fast shipping. I will purchase new items from the companies who have free returns, there are 2 that I know of. But this site has the best sales and gifts so I will shop here when I know I dont need to return. But I do love the other stores with the free easy returns too! So it is nice to have a few stores to shop with. Be back again soon.

Ordered about $100 of yarok hair products but never received them. Supposedly they were delivered by usps, but I never saw them in the mailbox or at the parcel box at our gate. I should have known when this site somehow had products that no one else currently had in stock that it was a scam. It's worth the couple extra bucks to buy directly from manufacturer and actually receive your products.

I ordered 3 items of clothing and returned two of them. Not only do you have to pay for return shipping but one of them they told me was dirty inside and out and they could only give me a gift card for a reduced amount. I literally tried on both jackets and determined they were too small...less than a couple minutes, folded them back into their plastic bags and resent back the next day! I will not be purchasing from them again and it sounds like from the other review, this is a common tactic. I don't even want to pass on their gift card to anyone else!

I would rate zero stars if I could. This company does not follow their own written return policy! I returned a concealer the very same day it was delivered as I could visibly see that the shade was not a match for me without even trying the product. For the record, it was a powder concealer in a plastic transparent case, no need to open to see or test the color. I then boxed it as it came and wrapped it back up in the cheap, white tissue paper they sent it in along with their bag of testers in the same box and paid to have it shipped back following the requirements set forth in their return policy. I then get a gift card notification instead of the full refund and ask for the refund to be issued on my credit card via email. The representative then said it was “damaged in transit” and was therefore “not resellable”, even though I sent it back unused, in new condition, in the same box and wrapping it came in!!! When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told by the same rep that “the manager said it isn’t resellable and that I can’t receive a refund”. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! They do not follow their own policies, and their customer service is poor. If this was Sephora or Ulta, this wouldn’t even be up for debate. Save your money and shop at a fair, honest store that will not come up with excuses that can’t be proven to cover them from issuing refunds to honest consumers!

I have a few daily items in my makeup and skincare routine that aren’t that easy to find: all in one place, is reliable, with great prices and fast shipping. Safe & Chic always delivers on all points. I’ve dealt with their customer service for some questions I’ve had, about certain products & clothes and I’ve never had an issue. I love the great samples they have had added to my shipments, and have found a lot of other items I wouldn’t have normally considered, but love now :) Thanks!

I absolutely love the skincare products I received from Safe &Chic. Thanks for sending me some amazing skin care products. My skin feels so hydrated and soft. I love that I can buy a wide array of products on your site. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

Safe and chic has been my go-to beauty website for the past 2 years. Fast shipping, reliable products, easy to communicate with when I had a question about a product. 5 stars!

Best variety of clean, organic and gluten products! I have a serious gluten allergy and need to be very careful with my makeup and skin care. At Safe & Chic I was able to find a wide great variety of gluten free organic products that I’m extremely happy with! They have great customer service and quick delivery. Definitely a 5 star experience!!
