CAUTION! This company sent 4 of shampoo & conditioners that I asked for. However, when they arrived 3 of the 4 bottles were missing their inner seal & it was obvious that some product had been removed from the 3 bottles. Clearly I was sent 1 new unopened bottle & 3 that had been used.then returned. With more than 5 attempts to contact them via phone, text & email, they asked me to send pictures, which I did. They told me they never have inner seals on them & that products need time to settle after arriving. When I explained that they were standing on my counter & had already settled & please explain why 1 shampoo has a seal, I got no reply. If you have a problem with your puchase you'll be in serious trouble with these scammers. 3 days later I'm still being ignored. Please don't shop with these scammers & be careful that you aren't getting product that has been tampered with. Clearly a health hazzard.

Spent over $100 and never received the product. Safe & Chic claimed they sent it. Emailed company several times and they only said "file a claim with the post office". Upon further research, I found most companies send a replacement package out ASAP and works with the postal office directly. Out $100. Terrible customer service.
