Brynn was extremely helpful and provided me so much assistance after my kit didnt collect enough blood. They resolved the issue extremely quickly and made me feel very important as a patient. 10/10 would recommend them to others for their A+ customer service.

What is available to test apparently changes from month to month. First test tested hematocrit and hemaglobin, which is important to me as I am on TRT. The second test did not test for it because it was not included in the testing. There was no warning or indication.

Needed some assistance and Brynn got me dialed in. Thanks!

Really great but I wish it would give you an a1c, and more thyroid tests like tpo antibodies. I was expecting more.

Pablo was incredible — I explained to him that I had forgotten to mail my kit back before heading on a 10 day trip and kindly requested a one-time courtesy kit be sent so I could redraw. Within minutes, Pablo responded and stated that a replacement, free of charge, would be on its way in 1-2 days and I was not to worry. Absolutely incredible customer service — thanks again, Pablo!
