I just did my collection. SO easy and DIDN'T feel a thing. I like the picture instructions you don't spend time reading instead your doing easy to understand.

The packet came quickly and had clear instructions on how to use the kit. I went to activate the heat pack and the bag sprung a leak, as it leaked it did begin to crystalize and I was still able to salvage it and complete the test. The other feedback I have is how hot the heat pack is. I feel like there should be some sort of note that it is hot, almost to the point of burning. Maybe this was because my pack malfunctioned, but it caught me off guard. Returning was simple and straight forward. Overall I think the idea and process were overall good. I am disappointed that the heating pack malfunctioned, but that may just be a one off. I am planning to have my husband do one and will see what happens with his.

Rythm truly has some of the best customer experiences and customer service I have ever seen. I was working with Dave in support, and any issue I had brought up he was able to handle and provide the best options to me to make amends. For once, I am actually pleased after speaking with the support team, which nowadays is rare. Experience is easy, process is easy, customer support is pain-free. Would recommend rhythm to everyone!
