Unfortunately My blood draw was unsuccessful, the tube didn’t fill to the required amount. I reached out to the help line , who responded promptly. I answered a few questions , uploaded photos of what I collected . And within minutes the rep resolved the situation by preparing a new kit to be mailed to me. Great instructions were provided to improve for my next collection.

Rythm monthly testing has been easy, painless and accurate results with more test than my doctor's so it helps keep monthly tracking on improvements, which I have to compare. BRYNN always keeps providing great customer service via text or email continuely keeping me updated on when my kit will arrive and when the lab has received it. Also quick response when I had a question on guidance with 2nd kit. Rythm price is great for all the tests results they provide, my use is AC1, cholesterol, vitamin and now cortisol. Highly recommend.
