This was a very smooth process and updates immediately if anything shipping wise changed. From the order date to the return date of sample we’re dead on. The collection process very simple and pain free for me. Will continue to use monthly!!

I started with Rhythm Health several months ago and initially had a great experience — the process felt smooth and professional. Unfortunately, that didn't last. My last three panels came back missing several key biomarkers, even though I followed the collection instructions exactly as directed each time. I reached out to customer service to flag the inconsistency and ask whether they'd switched labs or collection equipment suppliers. I never got a response. At that point I switched to another provider and asked to cancel my subscription and get a refund, since the results I paid for didn't include the biomarkers I was actually testing for. Customer service replied with a generic list of the biomarkers they test for — not an answer to my actual complaint. I responded confirming that yes, those were the ones I wanted, but for the third time in a row I'd only received about half of them. After that: silence. No follow-up, no refund, nothing. It's disappointing to see a company that started out so strong seemingly grow faster than it could support — sacrificing both testing quality and basic customer service in the process. I feel like I paid for a service I didn't get, with no accountability from the company when I raised it. I can't recommend them until they fix both the consistency of their testing and their responsiveness to customers.

In some cases, certain biomarkers may not be included in a report if the sample falls outside the stability window needed for accurate measurement or if there is not enough sample volume collected to run specific tests accurately. Some markers are more time-sensitive than others, and if there’s too much time between collection and when the lab processes the sample, we’re unable to ensure a reliable result. This can happen due to factors outside your control, such as transit delays or collection challenges. Regardless of the cause, we take responsibility for how this and how it impacted your experience. This morning, I messed up while collecting my sample and wasn’t able to complete it successfully. I texted the Rythm team and Fiona got back to me super fast. They’ll send a free replacement (even though it was my error) so I can try again. Thank you Fiona & Rythm!
