Some of the tests advertised as in scope were missing from my results. The volume of the sample followed the amount requested and the sample was returned the same day it was taken. If this hadn’t been the main test I needed, I may not have noticed and they certainly didn’t reach out preemptively to explain that something went wrong. I suspect this is happening to others and they aren’t noticing. When I reached out, they did offer a tiny discount on my next test but I’ll be taking my money to a competitor who can actually deliver what they advertise.

In some cases, certain biomarkers may not be included in a report if the sample falls outside the stability window needed for accurate measurement or if there is not enough sample volume collected to run specific tests accurately. Some markers are more time-sensitive than others, and if there’s too much time between collection and when the lab processes the sample, we’re unable to ensure a reliable result. This can happen due to factors outside your control, such as transit delays or collection challenges. Regardless of the cause, we take responsibility for how this and how it impacted your experience.
