If you could not limit the total testosterone. Everything else is super helpful and informative.

they were very responsive to my concerns and results came in when they promised
was concerned when the Results weren’t in by the fourth day today was the fourth day since they told me it would be ready in four days and they responded very well. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Results took well beyond advertised…
Results took well beyond advertised timeline and had I not reached out who knows how much longer or would have taken. Very disappointed in the fact that you do not offer testosterone levels for women, only men. That makes me question your standards of education fully on women’s health as that is a metric that is just as important as it is for men. That should 100% be added do the panel. Had high hopes as my husband had a good experience yet I was very much so let down with and long wait just to find out one of the results I was most looking forward to was not included. Now I have do find another company to achieve the desired spectrum of results. Only positive is I love the collection method you guys use and find if extremely handy for a busy mom of 4 that doesn’t have the time do go into a lab for a draw.

Please text 866‑740‑3447 and our team will process it right away. Regarding women’s testosterone: we take accuracy extremely seriously. At low levels, standard testing methods become unreliable, which is why we haven’t included it for females yet. The good news is we’ll have a more sensitive and accurate female testosterone test available early next year. Had a blood draw from Labcorp on the…
Had a blood draw from Labcorp on the same day that showed my testosterone at 807 versus the rhythm kit that showed it in the 300s.
