Quick and easy! Painless blood draw and results back in less than 2 days!

I love Rythm Health and I continue to test every 2 months. As someone at the stage in life where things start to shift (perimenopause), staying on top of numbers is key. Not only that, I love the actionable steps. I usually talk to a human but just used the AI chat in Beta and it is was super insightful. Very clear and easy to use. I know there are of a lot of these services out there and I’ve used plenty, but I’m really rooting for this team. My only thought is I’d love to get more biomarkers if possible like hydration, homocysteine levels but I realize might be limitation in sample size/ lab capabilities.

It does what it says. I have ongoing vitamin deficiencies. I hate going into the lab. I have small veins it's a hassle. This is not, very easy. I would like to see B vitamins on here.

Everything so far has been easy and straight forward. The first time i took a sample, idk if something happened in transit but the first sample didn’t take; but the team immediately reshipped a replacement at no cost, and just got back my first results - excited to make some changes and see improvements , also curious to see how much better my numbers get while on some new promix supplements

Really love the service. Super speedy. As a New Yorker, using competitors like Superpower is wayyyy to expensive. $75 is the most affordable I’ve come across. If you could get that to like $50, that would be the sweet spot. I would like more biomarkers if possible.

Efficient packaging and instructions, good communication on customer service and follow up, and a useful AI ‘coach’ for any detailed planning

Easy to administer but my thyroid results seem to be majorly skewed. With the Rythm results one would interpret I have something major going on with my thyroid. Because of this I asked my PCP for a full thyroid panel. Just got those results back and everything is normal.
