Rhythm is an amazing concept! As an athlete, I really value insight into how my body is holding up against the rigorous training that I put it through. I have done bloodwork every 6-12 months for years. It is always out-of-pocket and always expensive. The other problem is that a blood test is a snapshot of that one moment in time, but you need a series of results to see trends. Rhythm solves these problems. My kit was shipped out the same day that I ordered it. It was very fairly priced. I collected the sample myself, at home. This also meant that I could proceed with my day (and breakfast) as soon as I was done. The demonstration video said that the collection device "wouldn't hurt at all" and I rolled my eyes. It actually didn't hurt at all. No prick of a needle. It's like witchcraft to draw blood and not feel it at all. I shipped my sample back and in 48 hours, I had results. So much quicker than a typical lab. I am unspeakably impressed and I LOVE that I can do monthly bloodwork and see how things are looking.

Just did my first blood test, gave it 4 stars because I feel like I need more tests to give 5 stars but so far I'm happy with my purchase and excited to get more health insights. My 1st tests were about what I expected and love the support so far to help get myself in optimal health.
