Using rhythm has been a great…
Using rhythm has been a great experience so far and really helps me understand what’s going on in my body and how to adjust supplements and training. I do wish there were a few more markers that the test check for but all in all the system is very effective

Offer more
They should offer test for testing different markers. No liver enzymes, RBC, Hematocrit, Hemoglobin. They promote TRT therapy but leave out some important markers from the tests.

Thanks for the feedback, D Rose. Many customers on TRT use our testing to track hormones and cardiometabolic markers more frequently between traditional lab visits. Our panels are designed to focus on markers that move meaningfully with lifestyle and hormone adjustments. Most people receive a full CBC during their annual or semiannual lab work, then use us in between to monitor the more dynamic markers. That said, we are currently expanding to include some new markers in the near future!

So impressed!
I was honestly so impressed with the entire thing. I want to preface this by saying I’ve never had blood drawn and I’m terrified of needles so I was pretty nervous going into this. My husband helped me and kept me calm, and even though I was pretty anxious, we made it work. I truly didn’t feel any pain but wouldn’t say I felt “nothing”. It was the tiniest prick but zero pain- TRUTHFULLY! I shipped everything off the same day and had results 3 days later. 10 out of 10 stars and will DEFINITELY do it again!

First time using this
First time using this, I don’t like blood and I was scared. I don’t know how they made it so you can’t feel anything but it was completely painless like they mention. The instruction video was extremely easy to follow as well as scheduling a pick up. Excited to see my results and to track it monthly and to stay as healthy as possible.
