The product, interface and customer service were all phenomenal. Having the ability to know my biomarkers without having to go to a physical location is a game changer. I had some questions about how to do the process and how to get the shipment out to their facility but their team was super helpful and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend

Won't be doing that again. Horrible experience. Instruction card in kit says you can txt the 866 number to schedule a pick up. I get a reply back (10 mins later) that I need to scan the QR on my sample to create an account??? Helloooo I have an account, even the sample tube had my name on it!!! and now the sample is sealed in the FedEx bag!!! In the trash it goes.. waste of 80 bucks.. thanks Rythm 🙄

It is true, you don't feel a thing. The experience was great and the help you get along the way was even better. My package was delivered to the wrong house, someone helped me find the picture of the front door so I could figure out were it was delivered (about 2 doors down). There is a well detailed video that walked you through all the steps, made it super simple. Did my blood draw Saturday morning, almost chickened out because I was nervous to push the button but ended up not feeling a thing. Filled up the vial in less than 4 minutes. Made a pick-up that day and Fed-Ex got it in about 2-3 hours from my request. I had my results by Monday afternoon. Crazy fast. I had just gotten a blood draw from my local hospital about a week before this and was able to compare the numbers they had to my Rythm results. They were the same. That and it didn't hurt at all compared the the hospital draw. Also got way more information from the Rythm results. This was perfect for me and I will continue to utilize this for years to come.

This is my second blood test with Rythm. It is such a simple process and super convenient. The communication and customer service is top-tier. I am a very healthy individual and love having this as an option to track all my hormones, vitamins, minerals, etc. From shipping the blood test directly to your house, to the simple process of taking your blood, to having it picked up at your door, and results back to you within a few days— this is quality service. Highly recommend this company.
