Genuinely useful health data
I've been trying to get actionable insight out of my labs for months. My VA results came back flagged — high triglycerides, elevated liver enzymes — and I had no easy way to track progress between appointments. Rythm filled that gap. The panel is comprehensive without being overwhelming. The card layout makes it easy to see what's out of range versus optimal at a glance. More importantly, the markers they chose actually matter — ApoB, remnant cholesterol, GGT, hs-CRP — stuff that tells a real story about metabolic health, not just a standard lipid panel. I used my April 28th results as a lifestyle-change baseline after cutting alcohol and cleaning up my diet. Seeing the numbers move in the right direction — and understanding why — has made this feel like a real accountability tool, not just another health app.

This is incredibly thoughtful, thank you for sharing. We’re really glad Rythm could fill that gap and give you a clearer way to track progress between appointments. Love how you’re using your results as a baseline and actually tying changes back to your lifestyle. That’s exactly the kind of insight and accountability we hope to provide. Appreciate you being part of Rythm and putting it to work in such a meaningful way!
