Easy to do, but not comprehensive
It’s easy and convenient but It doesn’t have liver or kidney counts. It doesn’t have a complete cbc. These are critical in our society today since there are so many environmental strains on our health. I still have to get these tests elsewhere.

Since your review, we’ve actually expanded our panel and added 7 new biomarkers at no additional cost, including: GGT, ALP, Fructosamine, Uric Acid, Vitamin B12, Hemoglobin, and Hematocrit. The rythm kit provides more context than traditional blood draw
The rythm kit is painless and super easy to use. I was surprised how fast the results came in. I test my lipids through my cardiologist monthly via quest and rythm’s numbers were spot-on with the quest lab’s. Yet, rythm tested way more biomarkers giving a more complete picture while also being cheaper and easier to do by myself at home. I feel confident making lifestyle changes now that this test provides the precision needed to actually understand if these lifestyle changes are impacting my health in a positive way.
