Need more biomarkers
I like the idea and the process, but I wish there were more biomarkers than the ones provided. A1c would be nice one to have as well as fasting insulin. Both of those are big biomarkers to check when it comes to metabolic health. Just disappointed.

Be in control of your life
I had no clue my body had so much going on inside everyday without my knowledge. Having Rythm really put my health into perspective. My first bloodwork up I did was normal life. My second was with a strict diet and exercise regiment. The improvement in one month was crazy to see. I wouldn’t know what was going on if it wasn’t for Rythm!
