I just learned you don't offer a PSA…
I just learned you don't offer a PSA result - likely the most important data marker for men over 40. I will likely cancel my subscription as a result, and go back to the traditional way of getting blood draws - as the inability to measure PSA makes this service essentially useless to me.

Thank you for the feedback, Cooper. We completely understand why PSA matters to many men over 40. While PSA is not currently part of our panel, and we’ve never advertised it as one of the markers we offer, it is absolutely one we will consider adding in the future as we continue expanding our offerings. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.
