Overall such a great experience from…
Overall such a great experience from start to results! I got my results in less than 48 hours after processing and the communication from Rythm and their representatives have been consistent and seamless. They’re really on it! Everything is explained in great detail and laid out so well. Highly recommend. Also shoutout to Fiona and Pablo for their customer service

I was disappointed in the collection…
I was disappointed in the collection process. It had no failsafe for errors or incomplete samples. Possibility consider including a second testing tube or drawing device as my blood clotted in the intake valve.

Amazing Customer Service!
I bought this as a birthday present for a friend who will not go to the Dr. but wanted to have her blood test done. The test was so easy to do, she said it was completely painless and I was amazed by how quickly we received the results! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Also, the customer service is wonderful with this company, Lara just responded to my email within minutes and took care of my issue immediately. Lara was friendly & so helpful, I wish more companies had great people like her working for them!
