I didn’t faint!
Overall, it was a good experience. The kit arrived quickly, and I had my results within 48 hours of dropping it off at FedEx. The panel includes useful markers, and the explanations and integration of AI are excellent. I wish the results could be pushed to the Apple Health app so I’d have all my historical data in one place. That’s my biggest complaint. The blood draw process made me a little nervous but ended up being an easy and painless experience. I often feel lightheaded and have a history of fainting during or after a blood draw. I was doing fine with the Rythm device until I looked at the nearly full vial, which triggered a vasovagal response. I felt it coming on, so I laid down, drank some ice water, and was fine. If you’re sensitive, take precautions!
