Everything was easy and amazing. Only issue was the results took longer than the promised 36 hours.

The entire process is hassle free, including the customer service. All my questions have been answered quickly and throughly via text. I love the convenience.

Inaccurate test and blank bio markers very upset very unhappy did not get what I paid for

Great service now that things have been worked out. Would be a 5 just had a rough month a while back where my sample never made it then no credit was issued that I know of. Bio markers and price are very good.
