Such a great experience. I’ve been wanting to get my blood work done for awhile but never make an appointment to get it done. This made everything so seamless I also can’t believe how painless it was. I thought the whole experience was enjoyable. Everything you need is provided and you can tell the whole process is very thought out. I highly recommend.

Great experience with Rhythm! The at-home blood test was easy to use, the instructions were clear, and my results came back quickly. The whole process was convenient, professional, and saved me a trip to the lab. Highly recommend!

It was great… until it wasn’t. The sign up was easy. The initial delivery was super fast. I was originally impressed. Results came quick. No issue there. But then I had to contact customer service about a billing question. Was told something different twice and after dealing with customer service they gave me a small account credit. Then was the second order. That’s when things went further downhill. The sample kit (which I was charged for priority shipping) didn’t come as fast as the first. I mailed it off after collection. Then they said the sample was damaged (at no one’s fault). I talked to customer service. They refused to re-credit me. And they refused to re-credit my referall discounts I earned after having two friends join. At that point I cancelled. Update as of 22 June. I spoke with CS over the phone and they are working with me. We have reached a resolution and I will update further when completed. I will also relay that they have since updated their instruction card to reflect considerations if you are under TRT, HRT, or vitamin supplementation. This happened between my first and second order.

Super easy use of product and quick results. Only used it once and need more tests to see if it really helps me with my personal health journey, but so far having a great experience.

This company is absolutely astounding. I had an issue with my first collection kit so I reached out to customer service, within 1-2 hours I received a response and they immediately shipped me a new kit. The collection was very simple and easy to follow through with. I got my results within 3 days as promised even though it was processed during the weekend and not weekday. The results are very detailed and combines AI features. I will definitely recommend Rhythm to ALL my friends and family and will continue using this service myself.

Incredible company, and the device is seriously great. I have always dreaded bloodwork because I get a vasovagal response when they draw my blood the traditional way. This was totally painless and caused 0 vasovagal response! Such a relief! Awesome.
