The collection process is 5 stars. The instructions were clear and the process was straightforward and painless. The status updates were also excellent. The results were available very quickly. I dropped the blood off at FedEx on Saturday and the results were in my inbox on Monday. The challenge is that the number of bio markers is so few compared to Superpower. I think I will just use Superpower quarterly. If you could measure more your process might put you over the top.

Easy process

Customer support isn’t functional. Instead of chatting or emailing, you message a thread and hope you’ll get a response. Multiple associates chime in and out of the thread, and even though it shows them as online, it takes >30min to get a response. When they do get back to you, they either misunderstand the issue or send you down a completely wrong track.

It’s easy to do but the device cut and left a scab on my arm that remained for a few days after blood draw. I was hoping it would include a few other labs. Also wasn’t ready for the second test to arrive, just barely did the first one. No need to retest so soon so I guess I’ll wait to draw this one

Really great love this team and love the product. Nothing like take your blood labs home and knowing how to optimize all in one app. It’s really great. I’m obsessed.
