I was disappointed to find out that my sample was processed too late for some of the biomarkers - including the main biomarker was interested in testing (ferritin). This possibility was not shared before taking the test and I would have done things differently had I known (I took the sample and shipped same day on a Friday). The process of taking the sample was very easy though and I loved being able to do fasting labs shortly after waking.

I ended up getting resolution though it took so long for a response and even then it took a long time for customer service person to get back to me. That is why it just can not be a 5 star for me.

Excellent experience for this at home lab collection. First timer and it was so easy and absolutely painless. I couldn’t believe how I didn’t feel a thing. And the at home pick up is also a plus and hassle free experience as well. I couldn’t ask for more. No painful needles and no running to the FedEx drop box dealing with traffic. Thankful for Rythm!!!!!
