Options for shipping
This is my first so I love the concept! Only issue so far is it is primarily only shipped to me with return shipping being via FedEx. I live in central Alaska where FedEx does not service so it took quite a bit longer to get here than you anticipated and I’ll have to ship the sample back to you via USPS first class or priority to get it to you quickly, so more expense out of my pocket.

The experience was great
The experience was great. Delivered with in a couple days. Got my results within 72hrs. Customer support was great for a week g my questions.
