Great test, repeat customer now.
I was impressed how painless the test was and the convenience of receiving and shipping my test kit. Usually companies exaggerate when they advertise their products and it’s not the same when you actually purchase it, it was actually the same as they advertised.

Good experience over all
The kit and all of the instructions are very well thought out and put together and easy to use. I did not give this 5 out of five because it took more than 10 minutes to get my sample.

The kind and consistent communication
The kind and consistent communication. The reassurance and guidance during the entire first time experience. The quality and convenience of the product and procedure was stellar. Though I am initially overwhelmed by the fast turn around and the amount of information to sift through and concerned that I am not capable of how to meld a plan of preventive health care together without AI.
