This was my first time using a mail-in lab home-collection. Easy to use!!! Truly painless collection. Quick results!! Detailed step by step instructions (With PICTURES!). I did not use FedEx pick up because I live close to a FedEx drop off. I had to time collection with certain medication, so I contacted customer service by message about possible delay on shipping back to lab. I messaged them in evening, they replied next morning (which was fine.). The results were straightforward, the descriptions of the tests easy to understand, and the interpretations of my specific results were interesting. I had not added any medications to my history/profile. I definitely need to do a couple more tests to see how my results trend. Overall, so far, worth the money!! (Still WAAAAY less expensive than my doc’s lab!!)

Very easy to understand instructions and online support make things simple. Got the kit on Wednesday , Thursday I woke up, painlessly drew blood, dropped off the sample on my way to the gym. Got my results Friday afternoon. I can’t imagine an easier experience.

Had to repeat this test as the first one you were unable to process. Would’ve been helpful to be provided the specific reason(s) for the failed test. Did I do something wrong during collection? Not knowing anything from you was aggravating. Thanks for the second test results.

I went through the directions step by step that were provided and I didn’t get to the step where it tells you you have to fast 12 hours before test !! So I basically waisted the test because the results will be inaccurate for my purposes. I’m wondering if I can get another test sent to do correctly for my treating medical professional. He told me Rythm might resend me a replacement test free of charge, I know I’m pushing my luck with that request but if I remember correctly I didn’t see that portion of directions about fasting until after the directions for how to apply. Could also be my mistake but I’d would like a replacement without having to pay twice obviously. lol. Thanks for your time
