Customer service for Rythm is fantastic and efficient. I was unsure if I had enough of a blood sample to send back since the flow seemed to go a little more slowly than usual. I texted Rythm and immediately got a response back from a representative (Brynn) who was very helpful, friendly, and timely with her responses. She also assured me that if my sample was not able to be used for any reason, they would send another kit free of charge. Thanks again!

Mik was very understanding about the fact that I had dropped my sample collection kit after gathering the sample. I was immediately offered a free replacement though the issues was NO FAULT of Rythm. Thank you so much for being so understanding

A streamlined service for those constantly on the go. Easy process, great customer service, and an overall amazing product. Even if you run into sample collection issues like I did today. I simply sent a chat message and got a fast response and excellent assistance from Brynn. She quickly assessed the details of the issue, offered potential improvements I could make on my end to ensure the issue doesn’t occur again, and made sure another kit got shipped out to me.
