Excellent Customer Service

I made my concern known, and there was no hassle no continuing questions, just how would you like us to handle this. Would you like a credit or, if these bio markers are important to you, we can send you a replacement kit at no charge. Rio took care of me in a way I wasn't expecting. Rhythm is 5 star across the spectrum! Thank you Rhythm and thank you Rio from customer service for making this process easy and for your solution to make sure we are taken care of! Thank you Don

Customer service has been fantastic
Customer service has been fantastic. Please keep using real human beings vs. AI. Brynn has been super helpful, quick to respond, patient. Comparing this directly to Oura’s customer service (which is god awful) since I also have an Oura ring. Thanks, Brynn!
