Zero communication once my orders were placed. Only when I asked for updates would I get some idea of whether the order had been pulled and/or when it would ship. After waiting weeks, I inquired about the progress of one order and naturally, it was shipping that very day!

Jeffrey I am sorry you felt there was zero communication. We send order confirmation emails to all our customers once the order is placed, followed by an email with tracking once tracking is available. I apologize if the email did not make it to you for some reason. This was a special order item that takes an estimated 1-2 weeks to arrive. We have updated our settings for future customers to give them a better timeline estimate for special orders so they are not left wondering. We appreciate your feedback to better our business practice.
