Thank you for your review, R. We're glad to hear the part fit correctly, worked as expected, and met your expectations for quality. That said, we have to admit we were a bit disappointed to receive only 3 stars after you noted that RV Washers & Dryers had the lowest price among the suppliers you researched. As a small business, customer reviews have a significant impact on our reputation and ability to compete, so ratings matter a great deal to us. We completely understand that OEM replacement parts can be expensive, and we wish they cost less too. Unfortunately, we don't manufacture the parts or control the manufacturer's pricing. What we can control is offering genuine parts, knowledgeable support, fast shipping, and the most competitive pricing possible—which, as you mentioned, we were able to provide in this case. We sincerely appreciate your business and are glad the part solved your problem.

Hi Steve! Appreciate the review and understand your frustration on shipping and want to explain why you had to pay $23.50. We do offer cheaper shipping options on items that are in stock, but there are certain parts including the part you ordered that we are not allowed to stock and have to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Those are what we call special order parts and those have a set shipping price of $23.50. I just wanted you to know there is no profit in this shipping here, you are charged exactly what we are charged to get this special order item to you.

Sherri, we appreciate the review and feed back on pricing. The manufacturer sets the prices on their products and we try to keep them as low as possible for our customers.

Thank you, I am glad the part fixed your issue. As far as tracking, you can just copy and paste the tracking number and then search the tracking on UPS or USPS website if you do not want to download the Shop app.
