great parts and fast shipping

Great personalized customer service!!!!! Erin Cadigan was so helpful in my search as to find the right parts over the phone and on the site. Quite a lady!!!! Everything was quick and easy and the shipping was fast too :)

The part worked perfectly, got it to me in a couple of days as ordered.

I recently ordered a drum bearing, which in the first place I think it was overprice, secondly, they sent me a part that although had a sticker on the zipploc bag with the right part number,I still have not figured out if it is the right part given that it does not look like the bearing at all from my washet and dryer combo, I also reached out to the company thru email since that is all I found on the web to contact them, but they only responded twice and have not heard from them since then, I wish they had actual pictures of the parts they are selling and not just part numbers and a better customer service, I will hold on to the part for a bit longer before I try to return it,

Exactly what I needed and came with the grease. The washer no longer leaks.

They had the exact part I was looking for. They responded quickly to me about shipping questions, and I got my part on time.

Everything was good. Exactly what I needed and arrived on time. Thank you! James
