Hi James, our records indicate this was delivered today. It looks like your ordered it to be shipped standard shipping on the 10th and we shipped it out the next day. The UPS tracking states the label was created on the 11th but it is the holiday season, so standard shipping does tend to have delays during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience but we do hope you understand once it leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the carrier. We do offer express shipping at check out if you do need the part shipped quickly, but standard shipping we usually estimate anywhere from 3-10 days.

Hi Travis, it doesn't look like you paid for extra shipping which is why this was shipped USPS who unfortunately lost the package causing major delays in getting the part to you. Due to ongoing issues with USPS we have chosen not to use that carrier anymore unless needed for PO Box deliveries. We did ship a new one out to you and expedited the shipping for the inconveniences caused here!

Jeffrey I am sorry you felt there was zero communication. We send order confirmation emails to all our customers once the order is placed, followed by an email with tracking once tracking is available. I apologize if the email did not make it to you for some reason. This was a special order item that takes an estimated 1-2 weeks to arrive. We have updated our settings for future customers to give them a better timeline estimate for special orders so they are not left wondering. We appreciate your feedback to better our business practice.
