Excellent service
Excellent service! Company took initiative to contact me, after I placed an order, offering an alternative shipping suggestion...on a Sunday! Never experienced that before! Awesome service & excellent prices!

Your item is now on its way. As with many things during this supply chain crisis, we are only getting intermittent and partial restocking. Without the part being on back order for a few weeks, it would have taken much longer to obtain because of the shortages. Thank you for your business.

Online orders Fail
Because online orders seem to have to many errors, I specifically called and spoke to a human to ensure the parts I was ordering would actually fit my truck, of course the parts did not work without major alterations. Fail

We're not sure what the issue is, the product you purchased are universal for all new trucks. The mounting design will fit any truck bed.

The representative was very helpful and made my exchange very easy. I had given the wrong address for the order and the wrong size. He helped me get it straightened out. He was helpful and courteous. Thank you for your help

Not sure that I received all of my order . I would really like a packing list for my purchase. The salesman said that I would have one . Please send me one

For environmental reasons, we no longer include paper packing slips in our shipments. You can retrieve your invoice/packing slip and tracking information by logging in to your account on our site if required to confirm that your shipment is complete. In your case there were three separate shipments from three different warehouses. Let us know if you did not receive all three.

In stock items actually backordered
Ordered a vent assembly for my camper from you because you listed 2 in stock. Your prices are much higher than direct from Coleman but only you showed to have them so I ordered them. A week after ordering you sent me an email saying they are back ordered. Please stop lying to get sales in. These are unfair business practices.
