I need to return for a refund. The part I received was not the right one.How do I return the part? I have no return address or invoice. Please send this info. I still need the part for 2007 Freedom Spirit. It only has one water connection not 2 and no lock.

Because online orders seem to have to many errors, I specifically called and spoke to a human to ensure the parts I was ordering would actually fit my truck, of course the parts did not work without major alterations. Fail

We're not sure what the issue is, the product you purchased are universal for all new trucks. The mounting design will fit any truck bed.

Haven’t got a shipping notice yet. Haven’t received items yet

You request reviews, when you have charged my card for a product I am still waiting for. Reviews should be offered after a customer receives their ordered item. You can't expect a favorable review under these conditions. The second star is in hopes of receiving my order soon.

Sorry for the delay, we have had unprecedented demand and short supply on items. Your shipment has been received, I see. Unfortunately, the review requests are triggered by the order date, not the shipping date. We apologize for the confusion.

Sorry you were disappointed. We did ship the item promptly, but USPS and all carriers were heavily backlogged during the Christmas season. From USPS website: ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE. We'd appreciate it if you would consider revising your review. Thanks.
