My order placed with RVCAREFREE.com went smoothly. However, while trying to find a quick phone number to call and ask them if the part number on their web site was in stock, no phone number was listed on their web site. I did go ahead and place my order. RVCAREFREE.com did state on their web site that any custom order could take 3 to 5 weeks for shipment. I did reach out to RVCAREFREE.com via email and asked for an ETA on my order. The Customer Service agent, Taylor quickly replied that my part would ship on week 4, and I was just fine with that delivery schedule. After week 4, Taylor did reply that the manufacture estimated that the part might be shipped after another 4 weeks, but some concern was voiced by Taylor. I went ahead and requested to cancel my order and Taylor processed my full refund. Thank you Taylor and RVCAREFREE.com.

customer service was great but package was received which was not properly packed to prevent items from moving around in the box.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and honest staff.

After no contact from 1st contact needing serial # of awning everything went great received part with no problems.
