Reached out to get some info on an awning replacement for my rv over 2 months ago and have still have not heard back from them. Reached out for info on my certain model number awning before I purchased from their site to make sure I was ordering the correct item, but no response yet so went with another company that was very helpful. Their website gives a email address “info@rvcarefree” on their “contact us” page so I tried but they never responded back to my email on 9/26/23. Wish I could add a picture of my sent email which is date stamped and shows their email address since they are denying that I emailed them and saying that I contacted the wrong company in their reply below.

Haven’t received the part. Order status says, “waiting to be shipped”. If you want better ratings you should make sure the order has been delivered before you ask for a rating.
