We have ordered from them twice within the past month. Once was for our awning motor, which we had ordered over-night to our campground.(which worked out PERFECT) Then the cover for the awning motor. Very very pleased!

when cleaning our trailer after a recent trip we notice the cover was missing on one end of the awning. I sent and email explaining the problem. I was asked to send a photo, which I did. I received and email with ordering information. this all happened within 24 hours. GREAT service. a few days later our part arrived and the problem is solved. great service and good instructions with the part. Thank you!
