Although I was unable to find the parts I was looking for on the web page. I called customer service by email and the help they gave was quick and easy. I had my parts within days.

Purchased a replacement awning arm end cover. I tried ordering the party myself off Amazon, and I ordered the wrong part. Called Carefree. They directed me to where the serial number and model of the arms were located. With that, they had 2 of them in stock and shipped one out to me right away. Price was great. Shipping was great.

Service was up and beyond. shipping was a big issue ---for me It was my error 100% You did NOT make a big deal of it. Thank you
