Worst customer service ever! I still have not received my order yet. Tried to call. Got no help. Worst experience ever, will never order from here again. Seriously, do not order from this company.

Update to review made on 11/5/2024 please see down below. Purchased items on 10/19, it is now 11/30 and still have yet to receive anything. They don't return emails and the customer service line might as well be a bunch of 6 year olds running it. Absolutely inept! All I get is "I'm sorry". Bro give me my fkn products that I ordered almost 1.5 months ago. FUCCKK RVCA and every brand that has sold out to the umbrella company that's running it all!

I have been trying to return my items. I got an email with a return code, but when I click on it, I can't access the page. I then used your contact form and was told it was the wrong one I was told by email. But then they directed me to the place where I originally started my return, which supplied the page for which I can't access labels. I just want to return my items and it shouldn't be this hard. I will not be shopping with you ever again because how difficult it has been. I am lost at this point and tried everything

Unfortunately I have to add to the poor reviews. Customer service is terrible. Ordered something, it was good quality but did not fit. I returned it as per their instructions, but waited way past the timeframe given to get my refund. When I contacted them they gave different information than is on the website, and I had to contact them again after the new timeframe given had passed to prompt them for the refund. It appeared, finally, but there was no apology for the lateness, or even a note to say it had been completed. Why they cannot process a refund within a few days (or a week at the most) after the return has been received at the warehouse I cannot fathom. I might have bought a different size if the money had come back sooner. Will not shop with them again. Boardriders companies are usually a lot better than this. Sort it out!

Awful customer service, tried to use the 20% birthday voucher and it wouldn’t work. Board riders rewards aren’t accepted by rvca. Repeatedly denied my £15 discount. Tried all the fixes customer service suggested to no avail and now I’m being ignored.

I ordered a cap around 10 weeks ago from the RVCA Portugal site. They sent me a tracking link. I kept checking on the progress of the shipment. Eventually, around 5 weeks later, I see the update stating that package was delivered and signed for. I emailed the agent I was dealing with (leo@evipservices) and he said that the item was delivered and signed for according to the courier company. I assured him that it wasn't delivered and asked for him to send me a photo of the signed delivery note. He then said the item must have been lost and that they will send another one. Another 5 weeks have gone and lone and behold, the tracking link shows that it has been delivered, which it has not been. I emailed Leo again and he sent me the same email as the first time he responded to the first missing shipment. This is an absolute joke! I thought that it might be a scam but the site is rvcaportugal.com so it seems legit. As far as I'm concerned, they can shove their products up their @#$! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS!!!

I like the make but the quality of tshorts is shocking. A few washes and the tshirts are shape goes. Shame because I like the makes ethos.
