I'm keen to redress the balance in these reviews after a recent experience. I wanted to make a purchase in the current RVCA sale and very nearly didn't on account of these Trustpilot reviews. I've had an awful experience with another online clothing retailer in the past so have had my fingers burned. I thought I'd give them a chance so sent an email to them expressing my concerns and looking for reassurance. I received a VERY swift response from someone who admitted to service flaws in the recent past which he said had been addressed. He talked me through the returns process and timescales should I want to send anything back. He also offered to be a direct point of contact should I need anything. Feeling suitably reassured I placed my order which arrived quickly. It turned out I did want to send a couple of things back (loved the stuff I kept!). The returns process was simple and I received my refund less than 2 weeks from dropping the package at the post office. I honestly couldn't fault my experience so whatever problems have existed previously appear to have been resolved.

I placed an order for two items on rvca.co.uk and then saw all these negative reviews so was worried my order was doomed! It wasn't! The items were shipped separately but I received both quickly and had email updates throughout which was consistent with their website. Also, items were great and very cheap for what they were! I know rvca went through change of ownership so maybe there were teething troubles they're now past 🤷‍♂️

I bought 2 pairs of American cargo pants, in sizes 32 and 29. It took a little while for the pants to get delivered, but they came eventually. They were both good quality but the 29s were too small so I returned them. Returning was very easy and I received my refund in about a week.

I am surpsrised by mostly negative reviews, since I personally had a very positive experience. I had bought some shorts and after wearing them once I noticed a broken seam. I contacted customer service and got a replacement free of charge. Very friendly communication, too.

I ordered a t shirt and at time of ordering did say deliveries may take 7-10 working days. Out of character I checked these reviews after I ordered and even said to my husband that I didnt expect good results and may have just lost 35 quid. I ordered on 11th November, received email 15th November confirming dispatched and 18th November email advising courier will aim to deliver 21st November. Pleasent surprise got it today, 19th November. Correct item and size. Fits like a glove and no need to send back. Very pleased with entire process. Did not need to liaise with company or customer services. Like to add I live in England so not sure if this impacts the reviews if placed in other countries.

Arrived quickly! The best quality clothing I’ve ever received. Ordered the women’s sports shorts, two different pairs. So comfortable and flattering. Customer service was spot on! Will be shopping again! And again and again

ok, after two orders that I gave that company poor review I must be honest and give one 5 star review for the third order. I already gave up and they emailed me a full refund for my last order, so I said let's see now, made an order and 4 days after I got it and this time the items suit me perfecttttttttttt.
