The dye ran on my top in a rain shower the first time I wore it. I contacted RVCA about this on Sept 9th, they requested more images then ghosted me. They have finally responded after I messaged again to say they won't refund me claiming "our products have a lifespan that depends on how they are used, how often they are used and how they are maintained"? The shirt is unwearable after first use.

As everyone has mentioned. Terrible customer service. Replied 2 months after I raised my issue.

J'ai acheté un produit RVCA (marque Roxy) sur le site de Sarenza et le service client est un enfer : pas de bon de retour dans l'envoi, il faut le réclamer plusieurs fois, et enfin ils stipulent que le remboursement est envoyé alors que ce n'est pas le cas. A FUIR.

Desastre, me enviaron una mochila que no pedi, la devuelvo junto con otro pedido, me reeintegran el otro pedido pero no la mochila que nunca pedi, lo peor de todo, su customer service es una IA que le preguntas por peras y te dice manzanas, solo compren en una tienda, nunca lo hagan en la pagina que si hay un problema, salis perdiendo seguro.

Customer service isn’t even horrible, it just doesn’t exist. If you call the phone number they will tell you to email, and they won’t answer emails. Ordered a a couple shirts and then wait 4 days with no shipping progress. After three emails they finally respond with a shipping number. When the package arrives there’s only one shirt. After three more inquiries I’m told one of the shirts was out-of-stock (so their website inventory isn’t accurate). No one mentioned this to me when I completed the order and received confirmation. I would have cancelled the whole thing had I known. Apparently these people can’t be bothered…

Order placed and paid but nothing happens. After three weeks and multiple attempts to get into contact with customer service, they tell me that my order does not exist, even though i can show them i can still see it on my rvca account. My money is gone, but no clothes!

Great clothing, but customer service is completely non existent?? Waiting for a response about a wrong order being sent for months? I’ve followed up many times on the portal and elsewhere and just no response. What is that about it’s so poor.

I am still waiting on a refund from them 2 months later. They have no customer service team. Horrible experience, they are a scam company. I would advise against buying entirely.
