No refund received
I am still waiting on a refund from them 2 months later. They have no customer service team. Horrible experience, they are a scam company. I would advise against buying entirely.

I ordered a swimsuit online and I received a completely different item. I contacted customer service 4 times via email, they asked me to send a photo, which I did and since I have heard nothing back dispite sending further emails! If I return the incorrect item, I have to pay the return fee. Not worth ordering from them online!

I have been a loyal RVCA customer for years and it has long been my favorite brand, but my recent experience with their "VA Essential" joggers and hoodie has been a massive disappointment. After just one wash at 30°C (following the care instructions exactly), both items shrunk significantly. The hoodie torso and sleeves are now several inches shorter, and the joggers are unwearable. I own many other RVCA items that have been washed dozens of times without issue, which clearly points to a defect in this specific fabric or batch. Despite providing photographic evidence—including a side-by-side comparison of the shrunken new hoodie against an older RVCA hoodie of the same size—customer service (specifically Lucas) refused to take responsibility. They initially replied in French despite my English inquiry and dismissed the issue as a "washing factor," completely ignoring the fact that none of my other gear suffered the same fate in the same machine. It’s a shame to see a premium brand prioritise avoiding a return over keeping a long-term customer. If you value your money, stay away from the VA Essential line—it isn't built to last the first wash, and RVCA won't stand by their product when it fails.

Return was delivered on March 31, 2026 and confirmed by DHL. Despite multiple contact attempts, no refund was issued for weeks. I only received my 420 € refund after escalating the case through PayPal buyer protection. Very disappointing customer service experience.

Over priced Chinese made clothing, bought pants and shorts the pants tear easily and not worth the money, I emailed them about problems with there clothing weren't helpful at all, very cheap quality and very over priced I would be careful purchasing any of there stuff there are better companies that have surf and beach clothes.

The clothing is great but the customer service is, as others have said, non-existent. I asked a query that took RVCA a month to respond to, and ironically their response after a month assumed that because of the elapsed time my query had already been dealt with. I've returned an item as I ordered two sizes, it's been a couple of weeks and received nothing so far. I'm unlikely to order from them again; they're clearly unable to communicate or process basic operations with any semblance of proficiency. Disappointing as I love the trousers I got.
