Rutt Labs customer service went above and beyond to resolve a situation for me. They did so with very quick service and exceptional customer service.

The experience was great because it was easy. Easy to read in the videos were enjoyable to watch.

I signed up for the trial period of the program, actually I didn't even know it was a trial period, I thought it was just a one time fee. I looked at the program once in October and hadn't thought about it since, until I was going through my credit card statements and saw all of these monthly fees from their company, I had no clue it was a monthly subscription. The told me that they could only cancel it, but no refund!
