No subscription renewal warning. Took £100. Apparently the terms are all on the screen when you purchase according to the somewhat rude, and abrupt Jeffrey, and Ruth from the support team. Although they did actually cancel my subscription without me actually asking them to directly, so I guess this is the majority of their working life which is probably tiresome. It's difficult to work out what you've actually bought on the website, and the 12 week plan doesn't give you any daily helpful reminders or emails in the way that other fitness related services do. I'd avoid if you can.
